SEMDC is governed by a Board of 5 Trustees who meet six times each year to set and oversee the delivery of SEMDC’s strategies.

Trustees are active members of the Deaf Club who having lived experience bring individual skillsets and personal qualities that are reflected in their informed decision making and shared vision of justice for all.

A recent review of our services highlighted the support provided to children and families of the community.  We are also recognised with OSCR as a charity who has a Human Rights First Approach to service delivery, and supports members to access information in regards to protecting their own Human Rights.
